Seeking God's Man

How you can pray for our pastor search process and for our church family

• Pray that this transitional search period will be a time that our church family learns to seek God Himself more than just a new man to lead us and that we will draw closer to Jesus, trusting Him as the true Head of the Church.

• Pray for a powerful move of deep healing, cleansing and renewal for our church family.

• Pray for faithfulness and focus on the present ministry of our church and that we will be protected from any spirit of lukewarmness or losing our first love.

• Pray for a miraculous sense of love and unity among the members of our church and that we will surrender all bitterness, division and anger, and will love each other with a patient, forbearing love.

• Pray that we will be prepared to make the necessary changes to embrace a new day of ministry and that we will grow with graciousness and unity.

• Finally, pray that we will patiently wait God's timing and settle for nothing less than His perfect will. Ask God for His mercy in giving us a true man of God and a great leader.

An Update from Our Pastor Search Committee

The pastor search committee is moving ahead and has reduced the candidate pool to 4 top candidates at this time.  We are continuing to search for the Lord's will as we pray for guidance.  We hope to reduce this number again as we research each candidate and his current ministry and teaching.  We are so thankful for our church's prayers for us and ask that you pray specifically for our insight and sensitivity to God's leading.
