Thank you for your interest as a vendor for the Harbor Women’s Conference weekend. This two-day event will be held at New Beginnings Baptist Church on February 25-26, 2022. All prospective vendors will need to submit an application for consideration by the Harbor Conference team. Please read the vendor commitment section of the application prior to submission as it pertains to specific details regarding the event. All applications will need to be received by October 22, 2021, with the selection and approval of vendors to be finalized by November 19, 2021.

The Harbor Conference team will review each submission and select vendors within the vision of the conference. Please be aware that not all submissions will be selected since there is limited space for a limited number of vendors.

    Vendor Commitment(required):
    Please read the following details that pertain to the commitment of each vendor prior to submitting your application. If selected to participate in the Harbor Market, a vendor contract with further details of the event and individual responsibilities will be emailed to each vendor.

    -Commitment to both conference days will be needed to participate as a vendor. Specific times of the Harbor Market will be finalized closer to the event date, but the anticipated time frames will be Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon for the weekend of February 25-26, 2022.

    -If selected, a vendor fee will be required to participate in the Harbor Market and will be paid with the vendor contract in November. The vendor fee is $100.00 which includes all conference meals, marketing, banner printing, and a vendor space within the Harbor Market area. This fee serves as a security deposit for the event and is non-refundable.

    -One significant part of the Harbor Women’s Conference is our vision to partner with ministries advancing the gospel. This year, we will be highlighting Compassion International. Compassion’s child sponsorship program advocates for and supports children and families around the world who live in poverty. In an effort to further support this ministry through our Harbor Market, we will be asking all participating vendors to make a donation to this organization. A suggested donation amount is 5% of gross sales and all vendor donations will remain confidential.
