of New Beginnings Church

Elders give oversight and vision to the church. They shepherd the congregation through oversight, prayer, and care, leading by example according to Scripture (1 Peter 5:2-3, Titus 1:9). They protect sound doctrine, guide the church in unity and mission, and serve as faithful stewards of God’s people with humility and love (Acts 20:28, James 5:14).

They support and empower ministry staff, make key decisions, and help align the church’s day-to-day operations with it’s spiritual and organizational goals.
