MEET OUR CAMPUS PASTOR

Peyton Coker

Peyton loves the local church and has had the privilege of serving in ministry for over seven years. Shepherding God’s people truly is a joy to him and he desires to see God bring revival and spiritual awakening to our area, state, and nation. Peyton and his family believe that God is ready to do a work in and through His church as we walk in repentance from sin and depend solely upon the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. He married his high school sweetheart, Peyton, and together they are raising their two kids: their son, Campbell, and their daughter, Sutton. The Coker family has been sustained by God’s grace, shaped by His faithfulness, and is compelled by Christ’s love to share God’s Word and their lives with the church. God has used biblical community in an instrumental way in their family and they want to see the same transformation happen as people get plugged into our church.

At the end of the day, it is all about one name: Jesus! All of our identity, purpose, and value are found in Christ and He receives all the glory.

When not at the church, he loves spending time with his family, watching movies, playing sports & board games, cooking on his Big Green Egg, hunting and fishing.

ELDERS

of New Beginnings Church

Elders give oversight and vision to the church. They shepherd the congregation through oversight, prayer, and care, leading by example according to Scripture (1 Peter 5:2-3, Titus 1:9). They protect sound doctrine, guide the church in unity and mission, and serve as faithful stewards of God’s people with humility and love (Acts 20:28, James 5:14).
